These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cloud Content Video website and subscription service, operated by FRST Media Europe B.V. (KvK 80008798), Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using Cloud Content Video, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Cloud Content Video is a mobile subscription service providing access to guided fitness and training content, music and audio, and casual games, along with a rotating feed of trending content across these categories. The service is made available through a mobile carrier-billed subscription model and is intended for users in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility
To use Cloud Content Video you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and be a current subscriber of a compatible UAE mobile carrier (Etisalat or Du). By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are authorised to incur charges on the mobile account used to subscribe.
3. Subscription and Pricing
Cloud Content Video operates on a daily subscription basis:
- Free trial: New subscribers receive a 24-hour free trial period.
- Subscription price: AED 2 per day (VAT inclusive) after the trial period ends.
- Billing method: Charges are applied directly to your mobile carrier account. No credit card is required.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each day the trial or paid period is active. The AED 2 charge applies daily unless you cancel before the trial ends or before the next billing cycle.
- Billing currency: All charges are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and appear on your mobile carrier statement.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Cloud Content Video subscription at any time:
- Etisalat subscribers: Send an SMS with the keyword C FNGZ to shortcode 1111.
- Du subscribers: Send an SMS with the keyword UNSUB FUN to shortcode 9941.
- Contact your mobile carrier directly and request cancellation of the Cloud Content Video subscription.
- Email us at info@cloudcontentvideo.com with your mobile number and cancellation request — we will process it within two business days.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing day. No partial-day refunds are issued. You retain access to the service until the end of the day for which you have been charged.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available through Cloud Content Video — including but not limited to fitness and training videos, audio, games and written material — is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in the content and the Cloud Content Video platform remain with FRST Media Europe B.V. or its licensors.
6. Health and Fitness Content Disclaimer
Fitness and training content provided through the service is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition. You participate in any fitness or training content at your own risk.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Cloud Content Video to:
- Access the service using automated tools, bots, or scrapers.
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls or technical protection measures.
- Share your subscription access with other individuals.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, disrupt, or overburden the service.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain continuous availability of Cloud Content Video but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Content Changes
The Cloud Content Video catalogue changes over time. Workouts, tracks, games and other titles may be added, modified, or removed without advance notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific piece of content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you in connection with Cloud Content Video shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Privacy
Your use of Cloud Content Video is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g. via the service or by email). Continued use of Cloud Content Video after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cancel your subscription.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the Cloud Content Video service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
